Questions are powerful, even in business. GE Healthcare really gets that. Their messages always win a click from me.
It starts with their email headlines, but if you take a look at their longer form content, you’ll find titles, headlines, even sidebars packed with questions, and that’s for good reason. Questions push a reader’s mind into a very specific space. They play on curiosity, dig up problems, and prompt them to act.
Heavy use of questions is much more common in the B2C world, but people are reading every email, whitepaper, and case study you put out, so questions can be just as powerful here in the world of B2B as they are there…maybe even more so since so much of your competitors’ healthcare content is likely still stuck in stodgy models of the past.
It’s probably time to ask yourself (and your content creators)…what can questions do to help you create business-driving content?
